Oleksandr Murashko was one of those outstanding artists who initiated the twenties-century culture in Ukraine. The Annunciation was created in 1909 by Oleksandr Murashko. Murashko created his own painting system, in which a philosophically comprehended model of the world was rendered in the rich sonority of bright decorative colours.
